Want to Run but Don’t Know Where to Start?

Builth & District Running Club is offering a FREE “walk to run” course for beginners. Our eight-week plan combines intervals of walking and jogging to build you up to 30 minutes of continuous running.You don’t need any special equipment: just wear comfortable trainers and loose-fitting clothing, and bring a drink if you want.
